These Terms ( "Terms" ) cover your access to the quorixtrader site, platform and services the "Services") provided by quorixtrader. Registering with us constitutes acceptance these Terms completely.
1. Eligibility. Users need to be of legal age and legally competent to contract. Where the Services is unlicensed or excluded, locals may not join. Account accuracy and credential privacy remain your responsibility.
2. What we provide. quorixtrader runs an electronic venue for the instruments listed on this platform. We do not give personal advice; all trading decisions are yours. Displayed market data serves information only and might err or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risks. Trading involves material loss risk and is for those able to absorb it. Margin products may take drawdowns past your initial margin. Risk only capital which losing entirely you can absorb.
4. Fees. Commissions, spreads and funding rates appear on our Fees page and form part of this agreement. Fees may change after fair notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Market manipulation, vulnerability abuse, infringement and unlawful use are prohibited. Money laundering and evasion are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability limits. To the fullest legal extent, quorixtrader is not liable for indirect, incidental and consequential losses connected to the Services.
7. Changes. These Terms may change periodically. Post-change use after changes means consent. Controlling law comes from the home jurisdiction of our operating entity.
